In partnership with CUNA Caribbean Insurance, the Family Indemnity Plan covers up to six (6) eligible family members at an affordable cost.

Options
With seven (7) coverage options available, members are allowed to choose the one that best suits their needs. The premium cost and Benefits are as follows:

ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT
Members are simply required to complete an enrollment form, submit the following documents and pay the first monthly premium. Coverage is effective on the first of the month following enrollment. There is a six-month waiting period, during which only claims arising from accidental death will be paid.
- Proof of Identify- copy of government issued identification.
- Proof of relationship-copy of birth certificate and/or marriage certificate where applicable.
BENEFITS
- One low monthly premium covers final expenses for you and up to five (5) eligible family members.
- No medical examination required.
- Lifetime insurance coverage once you enroll before age 76.
- No long waiting or approval process.
Eligible family members' include:
- The Member
- Member's spouse or 'significant other'
- Member's children aged 1-25 including adopted, step and foster children, financial dependents
- Member's parents or in-laws under the age of 76 (Both parents or both in-laws or one of each)
Except in the case of dependent children, there is no maximum age limit for continuing under the plan.
